Return, Refund, Exchange and Shipping Policy

As a legitimate Phillips Respironics agent, we will only sell and supply Respironics CPAP equipment after an actual consultation with one of our qualified CPAP consultants at any of our store locations or through our mobile in-home or office service.

Subject to approval from Phillips Respironics, patients living in remote areas with no access to any of our physical store locations may have their CPAP units delivered directly to them without prior actual consultation to one of our CPAP consultants.

We offer discounts on Phillips Respironics CPAP products, independent from their policy.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have seven days to return and exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be in the same condition and original packaging when you received it,  If your item matches all the conditions,  you may call us at ________________________________

A returned item in exchange for one with a different value could take 15 days to process.  You are responsible for the packaging and shipping of returned items.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if the terms and conditions are not met.

  • Defective Item -If you received a defective item, please contact our customer service so they can facilitate the process. Please send in a photo of the defective item to speed up the process.
  • Returning Items with Hygienic Seals - Items with hygienic seal can only be returned if the seal is intact unless the item itself is defective. These items are CPAP masks, seals, filters, humidifier chambers and mask parts.
  • Returning Sale Items - You can return sale items unless stated otherwise and subject to Australian Consumer laws. All items excluded for returns are marked as such. See our Return Policy.
  • Refunds and Exchanges- Australian & International customers: To exchange your item please call our Customer Service team on 1300 41 41 90 on weekdays from 8.30am to 4pm AWST. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account*.

*Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

Returning a Purchase

Please contact us first to confer and agree on the reason for the return of an item. 

We'll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here's how it works.

Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. International returns will take longer, depending on the shipping,

  • Australian Returns 
  1. Call 1300 41 41 90 so our Customer Service team can organise your return request.
  2. Complete the NSWCPAP returns form emailed to you.
  3. Post back your item to us at the following address:  49 Grosvenor St, Bondi Junction, (Woollahra), NSW 2025 - ATTENTION RETURNS
  4. Please ensure you keep a tracking note of your item in case it does not arrive.
  • International Returns - To make a return, please call us on 1300 41 41 90 on weekdays from 8.30am to 4pm AWST so our Customer Service team can organise your return/exchange request.

Shipping Policy

*FREE shipping Australia wide on orders over $99. 

To take advantage of our free shipping service simply order through our website and free shipping will be applied at checkout.
