I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

Good news—we’ve already taken care of it for you! If you have an active account or email subscription with us, you’re automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Just sign in and start earning points on your next purchase.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

Points are only earned for purchases made after you join the rewards program. However, if you’ve shopped with us before, you might already be enrolled!

Here’s how it works:

  • If you’ve made a purchase, referred a friend, or taken any action that registers your email with us, you’re automatically eligible to earn points moving forward.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points for discounts is easy! Here’s how:

  • Visit Check the NSW CPAP Rewards Page above to see your points balance and available rewards.
  • Choose a discount: $5, $25, $50, $75, $100, or $200 (requires 100, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, or 4,000 points).
  • Click ‘Redeem’ and apply your discount at checkout.


Our rewards are discounts you can use on future purchases, helping you save on CPAP supplies like masks, tubing, and more.

🔹 Important: Your discount cannot exceed 50% of your total cart value. Example: To use a $100 discount, your cart must be at least $200.

Prefer in-store? Just let our staff know you’d like to use your points by providing your email address at checkout, and they’ll take care of the rest.


How do points convert to dollars?

Every 100 points = $5 discount on your purchase. The higher your VIP tier, the faster you earn points!

Here’s how it works:
Tier 1: CPAP Challenger

  • Earn 1 point per $1 spent.
  • Example: Spend $1000 → Earn 1000 points = $50 off.


Tier 2: CPAP Champion
  • Earn 1.25 points per 1$ spent.
  • Example: Spend $1000 → Earn 1250 points = $62.5 off.


Tier 3: CPAP Veteran
  • Earn 1.5 points per 1$ spent.
  • Example: Spend $100 → Earn 150 points = $7.50 off.

Do points multipliers apply to all points earned?

No, Tiers’s points multipliers only apply to points earned from money spent (1 point per $1 spent). Bonus points from actions like referrals, birthdays, or social media follows are awarded at their standard value and are not multiplied by your tier.


What are the easy ways to earn points?

You don’t need to spend money to start earning points! Here are some simple ways to boost your balance:

No, there’s no limit to how many points you can earn! Save them up and use them whenever you’re ready.

Plus, as you climb VIP tiers, you’ll earn points even faster—helping you save more on CPAP supplies.


Is the program available in all NSW CPAP stores?

NSW CPAP Rewards is available in all five of our Sydney-area stores and online.

Please note: The program is not available for in-store use at our ACT (Canberra) location. However, you can still earn and redeem points by shopping online.


Returns

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes! If you return your entire order:

  • We’ll refund the amount you paid after the discount was applied.
  • The points you used will be added back to your rewards account.


If you’re returning part of your order, the refund and points will be adjusted based on the items returned.


I earned points/VIP tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you return an item:

  • Any points or rewards used for that purchase will be credited back to your account.
  • The remaining amount (after the discount) will be refunded to your original payment method.
Your VIP tier status will also be adjusted if the return affects your total spending.


Reward Expiration

Do points ever expire?

Yes, each set of points expires 2 years after they are earned. This means that if you earn points on January 1, 2024, they will expire on January 1, 2026, if not used. Be sure to redeem your points before they expire!


VIP Program Questions

How is my VIP tier determined?

Your VIP tier is based on your total lifetime spending with us after joining the rewards program. Here’s how it works:
Tier 1: CPAP Challenger

  • Free to join—start earning points right away!
Tier 2: CPAP Champion
  • Reach this tier by spending $2,000 lifetime.
Tier 3: CPAP Veteran
  • Reach this tier by spending $5,000 lifetime.


Important Notes:
  • Lifetime Tiers: Once you reach a tier, you’ll stay there forever — no downgrades!
  • Qualifying Purchases: Only purchases made after joining the program count toward tier qualification.


How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?

When you’re signed into your rewards account, your home page will show all the tiers. Your current tier and its perks will be highlighted with a box around it.

Prefer in-store? Just ask our staff, and they’ll check your tier for you.


What is 'early sale access'?

As a VIP member, you’ll get exclusive early access to sales before they open to the public. This means you’ll receive special sale emails ahead of time, giving you first pick on the best deals and products.

Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?

Here are a few common reasons:

  1. Not Signed In: Make sure you were signed into your rewards account at checkout—points aren’t earned when checking out as a guest.
  2. Returned or Canceled Orders: Points aren’t earned on purchases that are returned or canceled. If you return an item, any points earned will be deducted from your balance.

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn't see my account balance change. Did I get credit?

How can I get a birthday reward?

Celebrate your special day with us! Here’s how:

  1. Add Your Birthday: Go to the NSW CPAP Rewards Page (the page you are currently on), and update your profile with your birthday.
  2. Receive Your Gift: On your birthday, we’ll email you an exclusive points amount (depending on your tier).


I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn't receive it.

Happy Birthday! To get your birthday bonus on time, make sure your birthday is registered at least 30 days in advance.

  1. If you signed up less than 30 days before your birthday, your bonus will be added 30 days after registration (this delay only applies for the first year).
  2. After that, your birthday reward will arrive on your birthday every year.
  3. If you add your birthday after it has passed this year, your reward will be issued next year.

Your reward amount is based on your VIP tier at the time of your birthday. If it's been over 30 days and you still haven’t received it, contact us here, and we’ll be happy to help!

How is my free shipping applied at checkout?

If you're a CPAP Champion (Tier 2) member, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout—just make sure you're signed in.

If you're a CPAP Veteran (Tier 3) member, express free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout—just make sure you're signed in.

Please note that free shipping applies only to domestic orders within Australia.


How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points for discounts during checkout. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your account before checking out.
  2. Choose your discount based on your available points:
    • 100 points = $5 off (min. spend $10)
    • 500 points = $25 off (min. spend $50)
    • 1,000 points = $50 off (min. spend $100)
    • 1,500 points = $75 off (min. spend $150)
    • 2,000 points = $100 off (min. spend $200)
    • 4,000 points = $200 off (min. spend $400)
  3. Apply your discount at checkout—select the reward you want to use.
  4. Complete your purchase with any remaining balance paid using your preferred payment method.
